September 6th
Leaving Rimini and driving to Florence via ParcoNaziaonale della Foreste Casentinesi Mone Faletrona Campinga. We’re arriving to Florence and stopping in the city for lunch. In the traffic jam we encounter crazy mopeds drivers. We’re lodging into hotel, where we’re leaving a car and after short break continuing to the city by public transport. We bought tickets and waiting for a bus. After a while somebody spots us hanging around the bus station. We were told that today’s some strike in the town and bus runs sparsely. So we decided to take a walk. Finally we’re climbing up the hill on Piazzale Michelangelo from we enjoyed stunning view of the city. This route was around 5.7 km one way. On the way back we were lucky and caught the bus from main railway station.
