We’re leaving the hotel and going to take a walk around the city center. We left the car at the Arno river bank and now we’re walking along the river towards Ponte Vecchio. Our short tour around the city covered Palazzo Vecchio, Santa Maria del Fiore (Duomo di Firenze), Giotto’s Tower, Baptistery and Santa Croce. After we got back at the place we left car, we found out that car facing to Chinese restaurant, so we got a lunch there. I appreciated a lot this pleasant dining alternative to all those pizzas and pastas. We’re driving to San Gimignano and lodging into Boschetto di Piemma camping. Camping fees included free entry to nearby swimming pool so we gave a try and found out. Entering the swimming pool required wearing swimming cap which I could not rent as non-local, so I must have bought one for €3.5 As easy they nominated themselves for Pavlik[1]which I’m glad to give to this service.
